How to make cold brew with this decaf
Grind the beans coarse. Mix 5 parts cold water to 1 part coffee in a French press or a mason jar, stir, cover and leave it in the fridge for 12 hours. Press or strain, pour over ice, and add water or milk to taste. Smooth decaf iced coffee any time of day. Cold brew keeps in the fridge for about a week.

Common questions
Is this decaf OU Kosher?
Yes. The Swiss Decaf is OU Kosher certified and USDA Organic.
How is the decaf made?
It is Swiss Water Process decaf: the caffeine is removed with water only, no chemical solvents, so the flavor of the bean stays in the cup. That is why it doesn't taste like decaf.
Where do the beans come from?
They are single origin Colombian Supremo Arabica beans, sourced direct from the growers with no middlemen.
How many cups does a 12 oz bag make?
About 30 cups. A 12 oz bag holds roughly 340 g of beans, which brews about 30 regular cups at 10 to 12 g per cup (fewer if you brew strong).
What grind size should I use, and how should I store it?
Coarse for French press and cold brew, medium for drip and pour-over, fine for espresso and moka pot. Whole bean coffee lets you match the grind to your brewer. Reseal the foil bag or keep the beans in a sealed, airtight container away from light, heat and moisture, and grind just before brewing for the best aroma and flavor.
