Common questions

Which coffees in the set are OU Kosher?
The Colombian Dark Roast and the Swiss Decaf are OU Kosher certified. The Espresso Blend is USDA Organic but not kosher certified.

How many cups is the set?
About 90 cups. Each 12 oz bag brews about 30 regular cups, so the three bags together make about 90.

What grind size should I use?
Coarse for French press and cold brew, medium for drip and pour-over, fine for espresso and moka pot. Whole bean coffee lets you match the grind to your brewer.

How should I store the beans?
Keep the beans in a sealed, airtight container away from light, heat and moisture, and grind just before brewing for the best aroma and flavor. Open one bag at a time and keep the other two sealed.
